Grappa Gialla Prosecco

Variety: Made exclusively from Prosecco (acquavite of pure marc distilled by tradtional method).
Production Area: The hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Ageing: After maturation in steel tanks, it ages into oak casts for a period of 16/18 months.
Tasting Notes: Amber colour with golden nuances. The maturation in casks gives an elegant, well balanced, delicate and intense aroma.
Food Pairing: Ideal with dark chocolate, dried fruit and spicy desserts. A quality cigar also exalts its characteristics.
Serving Temperature: 18 - 20 ºC.
Alcohol: 42% vol.
Packaging: 0.70 lt. x 3 individually packed bottels in carboard box.
